New OCD Workbook Released: “The Self-Compassion Workbook for OCD” by Kim Quinlan, LMFT!

Author Kim Quinlan, LMFT

The Self-Compassion Workbook for OCD includes a step-by-step program to help manage your obsessions and compulsions while also reducing self-criticism, self-judgment, and self-punishment. Drawing on a powerful combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and self-compassion practices, this workbook will teach you how to balance intense emotions, lean into your fear, and focus on recovery. Over time, you’ll learn to replace self-judgment with kindness and self-compassion, so you can stop suffering and start thriving.

If you are interested in purchasing Kim Quinlan, LMFT’s new book, “The Self-Compassion Workbook for OCD: Lean Into Your Fear, Manage Difficult Emotions, and Focus on Recovery,” please go to your favorite in-person or online shop, or visit Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Self-Compassion-Workbook-OCD-Difficult-Emotions/dp/168403776X/ref=asc_df_168403776X/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=509159807707&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=16326998074432375483&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9031536&hvtargid=pla-1218489413711&psc=1
